MY MISSION STATEMENT

From a teenager inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the movie Predator until now in my 40s, I have devoted the last 30 years working on what I’m most passionate about – health, fitness, wellbeing and bodybuilding. After training alongside champion bodybuilders in some of the best gyms around the world, I have perfected the best practices and training techniques when it comes to health and fitness. I want to share this lifelong knowledge to help men over 40 who want to keep fit and have a healthy lifestyle.

Armed with the feeling of fulfilment after having helped countless clients over the years, I have made it my mission to reach a larger audience and spread the message that a holistic approach to health and fitness is attainable, even for men over 40. With my tried and tested techniques for weight loss and muscle gain, you no longer have to struggle and waste time with fitness programs that don’t work.

MY PERSONAL HEALTH JOURNEY

Before I saw Arnold and discovered bodybuilding, insecurity was one major thing that blocked my path to achieving a dream I had. This insecurity discouraged me to do anything to move forward. However, the genuine passion I had for bodybuilding let me overcome this. It let me develop confidence, and I can proudly say that I’ve managed to reach my goals.

With this passion for bodybuilding came my desire to become stronger in both mind and body. I trained, worked hard and developed the proper discipline I needed to get to where I should be. I’ve managed to reach my bodybuilding goals and won a few competitions. But after reaching those goals, it dawned on me that the real fulfilment I felt wasn’t from impressing people with my physique and winning competitions; the real fulfilment came from me beating my own mindset — that I can improve my body, mind and quality of life.

After all the competitions and years of experience as a personal trainer, I found a new passion. I want to share with others, especially those in my age group, the knowledge and the discipline they need to achieve the fulfilment I felt through health and fitness.

The ideas I share are based on insights and information I’ve gathered from over 30 years of bodybuilding and fitness training. These insights include the things I’ve learned from other inspirational people and from the obstacles I’ve faced in my years of fitness and bodybuilding experience.

With 30 years of experience in the world of bodybuilding and personal training, I have spoken to many people about my passion for health and fitness. I am available to speak to organisations, and community events in a variety of venues. Whether it’s talking to a small group or a large arena, I am able to speak about what I’ve learned about health and fitness over the years and teach people how to apply the same techniques for a more active and healthier lifestyle.

Conventions are one of the best ways to reach a large audience. With my expertise in health and fitness, especially for men over 40, I am able to connect with each and every participant and espouse teachings and techniques that resonate with their personal goals.

Business professionals often complain about not having enough time for healthy diets and exercise. This is especially true for office workers who sit at their desks the entire day. My goal is to teach employees proper fitness and nutrition and how they can integrate this sustainable approach into their busy lives.

My approach is to motivate each and every participant so they can start to eat right and exercise regularly.

If you want more intense and focused fitness sessions, I am available for small group consultations and retreats. Though it’s a smaller venue, there will be high engagement for all the participants. Each one will receive customised workout routines and diet plans that are tailored for their specific health and fitness needs.

When you put together the sum total of my 30 years of bodybuilding training, the contests, the vast array of diets I have experimented (tortured) myself with as well as the experiences I have been through with various training partners in the gyms I have trained in all over the world, it’s been a great ride and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to do lots of personal training for private clients alongside my day job.
