In order to see noticeable benefits, it is recommended that you take 3000-5000mg per day (divided evenly with meals), for no less than 30 days.

3. ACETYL-L-CARNITINE (ALC)

This one of the most recent supplements to gain massive popularity for its fat-burning properties. Supplementing with ALC forces the cells in our bodies to utilise fat as energy thereby sparing our muscles from burning during a cutting phase.

4. BETA-ALANINE

5. FISH OIL

Supplementing with fish oil has been shown to help improve our body’s insulin sensitivity. This enables us to burn fat more easily. Other studies found that fish oil suppresses the genes responsible for fat gain, as well as acts as a natural anti-inflammatory which aids in faster recovery from intense workouts. A dose of 3000-5000mg per day with meals is sufficient.
