Essential Tips on How to Get What You Want in Life

I receive a lot of emails related to the universal laws and how to apply them in your daily life. The main reason why people want to know how to incorporate the universal laws into their life is simple. Everyone just wants to know how to get what they want in life.

Most people seem to think they can follow the worldwide growing trend of using the law of attraction and miracles will simply appear in their life, just like in The Secret. Yet, how many people are really getting what they want using the law of attraction? I personally don’t know of too many. However, there’s a universal law that may show you how to get what you want if you apply it properly.

How to get what you want, it must be something almost every human being has thought about at some stage in their lives. I’ll say that a huge percentage of people across the globe consider, how to get what you want, at least once a day every day. I believe there’s a universal law that’ll help you get what you want and this universal law is so easy to apply.

The universal law of cause and effect simply states that for every cause there’s an effect. One very easy way to describe this law is to imagine throwing a stone into a still pool of water. As the stone impacts the surface of the water, there’s a ripple effect that travels outward encompassing a full 360 degrees of the surface area.

No part of that still water pond is not affected by the impact of that stone on the surface of the water. The universe we all exist in is just like the still water pond. For every cause or action in life, it has an effect in some way on everything in the universe, no matter how subtle that cause or action may be.

Whatever action we take in life is the cause, and we can expect an effect to occur whenever we take action. If we give out good or positive energy, and that also includes thought energy, we’ll ultimately receive positive energy in return.

Perform a good act and good things will come your way. Continually keep your mind focused on positive or constructive thoughts and more of the good things in life will flow in your direction. As they come to you, it’s up to you to capitalize on them.

So how do you get what you want? It really is quite simple but yes, it’ll take some effort for some people. I say some people because it’s easier for naturally positive or optimistic people to get what they want. Negative or pessimistic people have to work harder or try and change their attitude to life in general.

The effect always comes after the cause and remember, there’s always an effect 100% of the time. So keep this in mind with regards to everything you do in life. As I became acutely aware of how powerful and permanent the law of cause and effect is, I have begun using it to my advantage. I always try to do what makes me happy as often as I can, I do make every effort to not upset others.

I help when I can but I don’t force myself to do anything that I don’t feel comfortable doing. What I’m trying to say is you can’t help everyone and if you try to do that, you’ll only end up making yourself feel unhappy.

Remember, there are a lot of people out there who will not help themselves, they permanently see themselves as victims and it is very difficult and can be enormously frustrating to help these types of people.

How to get what you want is achieved by doing what feels right all of the time. If it feels right and it feels good, keep doing it and you’ll end up feeling good or content all or at least most of the time.

When you put together the sum total of my 30 years of bodybuilding training, the contests, the vast array of diets I have experimented (tortured) myself with as well as the experiences I have been through with various training partners in the gyms I have trained in all over the world, it’s been a great ride and I wouldn’t change it for anything. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to be able to do lots of personal training for private clients alongside my day job. For a few years during my 30’s, I moved to Asia and worked as the Fitness Manager and head personal trainer at one of Thailand’s leading gyms in Bangkok. Learn More
